Our Story
St. Elisabeth’s Home is a registered and licensed non-profit children’s home located in the peaceful Aburi mountains of Ghana. Since opening our doors on 1st May 2006, we have provided love, stability, and opportunity to children who might otherwise face life on the streets.
Today, we care for 50 children, supported by a team of 9 dedicated staff, including 6 resident mothers. From twin toddlers to university students, every child receives shelter, education, guidance, and the chance to build a hopeful future.
More than just a home, St. Elisabeth’s is a family—committed to nurturing, protecting, and empowering each child to flourish.
